I watch Marna day after day giving the same stellar care. She always watches out for patient privacy, safety and makes sure she talks to them in such a calm manner. I watched her take care of a student today and never miss a patient care beat while educating him and involving the patient. They knew what was going on and by asking their permission she gave the patient a feeling of power over their care. I feel she has done a lot for their care and she shines all the time.
