Our mother has a lot of fear of hospitals and little respect for healthcare professionals. Marseile said and did all of the right things. She spoke to her with respect, showed compassion and understanding but also talked to her like an equal and kept her well informed so that our mother was able to relax. Made it better for everyone, had the insight and knew exactly how to manage her personality. Excellent!!
