Marsha didn’t just ‘get me’ I truly believed she honestly ‘felt’ me.
Marsha was the first truly friendly and understanding face I saw after leaving the ER. I am a manic-depressive bipolar patient with several chronic pain issues, and I am currently in pain management. Marsha didn’t just ‘get me’ I truly believed she honestly ‘felt’ me. She has almost single-handedly begun to restore my faith in Fish hospital itself.  She has also begun to restore my faith in humankind as she is both so very, very human and very, very kind. Besides her genuine heart and caring attitude, she was also loads of fun! Seriously, Marsha is really freaking funny! She definitely made painful sickness a whole lot more enjoyable. Even when I told her that I would be sure to mention her by name in the hospital survey I knew I’d receive she was too selfless to tell me about this award. Marsha is a natural in her field and an asset to your institution. You are blessed to have her. I am changed for the better as a person just for having met her.
