I was admitted yesterday due to severe anemia. My doctor informed me that due to low hemoglobin, I needed an immediate blood transfusion, which I was reluctant to do at first, for I never had one before. After further explanation and knowing the risk in my life, I agreed to do it. Upon arriving at the room, Nurse Marsha greeted us with contagious cheerfulness. She spoke to us so kindly, taking the time to explain once more the risk involved if I opted out of the blood transfusion. Marsha executed calm professionalism, and her care was capable in every interaction. Even behind her mask, her warm smile never faded. It was reassuring to feel I was in such caring hands. Each time she enters my room, she fills it with an ambiance that brightens the day. I can feel her soul and heart in every step she takes while caring for her patients. Thank you Ms. Marsha for such a wonderful and memorable encounter with you, Al Sharq Hospital is so lucky to have a very promising nurse like you.
