Marsha was caring for a patient who had cancer with pain management issues. Marsha went home and researched the Korean culture, as this patient was of Korean descent, so she could better care for this patient and her family.

Marsha certainly went above and beyond to ensure that her care was individualized. The patient and family were very appreciative of the care Marsha provided.
