She sat down with my family and spoke to us about our mother and answered all of our questions. It was the first time we’ve been able to sit down and take our time with a medical professional without feeling rushed after 2 years of being in and out of the hospital with her.

We felt heard, and she was extremely empathetic. She communicated with the doctors for us as well and gave us good questions to ask the doctors when we had time with them. She asked us if we needed anything else at the end and wished my family well.
