Homeless at the time of admission, the patient was put at ease by Marsha, who took time to explain the benefits of the BiPap machine, reassuring him that he would get used to it. “She spoke to me as an equal, without judgment of my current situation,” the patient said. “I am a better person for having been under her care.”
