She is very open and kind and truly treated me with tender, loving care.
I am a sixty-seven-year-old woman. I have never had surgery before or been in a hospital. (Except when I was born of course!) So, I was a bit anxious about having a total knee replacement. Every member of your hospital staff was amazing, kind, considerate, and patient. Having that said, I would like to acknowledge Marisa specifically. Marisa is a jewel. She made me feel so cared for. I had many questions. What is this piece of equipment for? What is the difference between OT and PT? Why are you measuring my urine output? And on and on… She took the time to explain and answer my questions in a way that didn’t make me feel intimidated. She is very open and kind and truly treated me with tender, loving care. What could have been a very traumatic experience was actually quite pleasant. Please accept a HUGE thank you from me Marisa for the great care! And another thank you to all the staff at BAH that helped with my care and comfort, you are all rock stars!
