Marta is such an amazing RN. She is always so positive and quick to help her co-workers without being asked. She is a great leader and an exceptional example. Her main concern is the patient's care. She is always making sure the patient understands what is happening to them and their body by educating them with words that they will understand. She answers each question with patience and understanding.
She is never too busy to help with patient care or to assist her co-workers. She makes stressful situations less stressful and, regardless of how frustrating a situation is, she is never impatient. She is very kind, gentle, patient and gifted to give such a special experience and attention to any person, whether it be a patient, family member, volunteer or co-worker.
She helps other co-workers with problem solving and also teaches newer nurses when they do not understand something, and does not make them feel belittled for asking for help.
