“Martha showed genuine concern and was extremely helpful. While most all of the nurses share these qualities, Martha seemed to go above and beyond. She was very perceptive and worked towards the goals she and the patient (my husband) discussed – be it pain management or urinating … It seemed that whenever we started to wonder or think it was time for a pill or a check or something – there she was one step ahead!
