Martha is an excellent co-worker/team player. Always go the extra mile in patient care. She is very accommodating. Always on the go and multi-tasking, making sure whatever patients need at home or upon admission is provided/accompanied. Martha is qualified in the RN field of specialty. Communicates clearly with family and patients and co-workers.

WOW! Martha is an excellent professional and team player. She is an expert. Whenever we need anything, Martha gets it done. Also, she is a superb teacher and advocate. I am so happy she is a part of the team on this unit. For example, I had to get a discharge patient home with PT, OT, and aide in 30 mins and Martha got it done in 20 mins and Martha also took the time to teach the patient about CHF. Martha understood that I was having anxiety and panic attacks. She stayed with me. Martha talked to me and helped me calm down. She made me laugh and gave me reasons to think positive thoughts. Martha showed me how and what to do when I had no clue. She was part of my team and made sure I feel comfortable with my team members.

I am one of team health hospitalists at MHM. I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Martha. I have been working at MHM for close to one year and she has always been proactive and helpful not only to me but to all my colleagues in providing high-quality care to our patients. There is one case in particular where Martha went above and beyond (provided MRN). This patient had an extended hospitalization where with multiple complex medical and social issues. Martha did an excellent job in arranging the multiple pieces required to safely discharge the patient to a skilled nursing facility. We are thankful to have her as a valuable member of the team.
