Martha was amazing. After being in the ICU for weeks I was feeling gross and dirty. The daily bed baths and cap did not really replace the feeling of getting a shower. I was getting down and depressed. She said to me, "Girl we are going to have a spa day!" The next night she came in with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and nail stuff. She then got a full basin of water and washed my hair. Next, she painted my nails with her own gel nail kit. I felt so much better afterward and I cried. Not only did she meet my medical needs but she met my mental health needs too! She was just amazing. I can't say enough good things about her being such a fabulous nurse. Score 10/10.
