Martin is the senior nursing officer in charge of the District hospital and has greatly impacted positively towards quality patient care in the hospital. He is very good at motivating staff and advocating for the improvement of their socioeconomic status. He has a great passion for pediatric care, a factor that has improved child health and reduced child mortality. He encourages staff to participate in research in order to offer evidence-based practice and adhere to stipulated protocols in the management of conditions.
