I admit I can be difficult to deal with. I'm very detail-oriented and I notice things not going smoothly, I'm not shy about suggesting more efficient ways that everyone wins in the end. I also can't help but see outstanding and compassionate people who stand out above the rest and their angelic lights that glow that light up the darkest of times for people suffering and just need that little extra moment of time for someone to show them that they are valued and loved in a way that goes beyond words. He did it for me. I'm so grateful that you have kind, loving people like Martin on your staff. He went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the proper care. Made me smile when he knew I needed the most. He also kept me calm through some painful moments and felt like a family member. He went above and beyond and was a good listener.
