Martin has been outstanding in all respects. Specifically, he demonstrates the empathy that allows you to grieve comfortably. He continues to check-in with the patient and family to ensure everyone is doing well. His compassion excels well beyond the hospital's expectations. Martin recognizes that the family is grieving and makes efforts to allow the family to grieve comfortably by offering extra seating, drinks, and comforting words. Most importantly, he is attentive with the patient. At the beginning of the shift, he makes sure the patient is comfortable by providing medical care. He cleans the patient by changing supplies. He continues this attentive care throughout his shift. Martin's bedside manner is exemplary. Martin's actions speak volumes of his good character and excellent work ethic. Martin is the most compassionate nurse I ever met. He is very kind, gentle and respectful. We were blessed by having him to take care of my aunt. God bless him.

My mother has received the best medical care at this facility. But, Martin Reyes is the best nurse I have met during my mom's stay at the Medical Intensive Care Unit. He shows respect and dignity to the patient and to the family. He is a real asset to this unit. Many thanks and blessings to human beings like him.
***
Martin is a great nurse, he is meticulous, always paying attention to the smallest details because he knows how important they are. He dedicates time to improve his technical and clinical skills and shares his dreams with other co-workers by helping others increase their knowledge. Martin is able to recognize difficult situations. He knows that when patients are sick or worrying about what might be wrong with them, they are going to be understandably anxious or upset or both, and he has the traits that only great nurses have. Martin is always resourceful and supportive.
