I would like to comment on Martina’s incredible caring and compassion toward her patient. This patient was very confused and upset. Martina made a copy of the patient’s dog and put it on the bedside table to comfort the patient. I have been a nurse for over 35 years and have never witnessed this beautiful example of what nursing is all about.
Thank you, Martina, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
