A patient called after she was finally home from LTAC and wanted to share what a wonderful experience she had in the CCU. She said she "coded many times" and had many issues. She wants to thank everyone involved in her care but especially Martina Cuenca. The patient said that Martina kept her alive by staying with her all night and sitting in the chair next to her bed, holding her hand, and resting her head on her chest to comfort her. The patient said that without Martina's excellent nursing and the special attention she paid to her that she knows she would have died.
