I brought my friend to Seton Hospital for a dislocated/fractured right shoulder. Marty was an outstanding nurse. My friend J is visually impaired (blind) and Marty did an excellent job of explaining each step in the process, what would happen next and was very attentive during the time we were in the Emergency Room. With J's approval, Marty also kept me in the loop (as I stepped in and out of the attending room). It was necessary for J to sign various forms and Marty did a great job of explaining the forms, as well as physically showing J where to sign forms. J is very independent and Marty was extremely professional in caring for J. Marty provided excellent nursing care to my friend J.
