Adair County Health System announces that Marvel Blazek, advanced registered nurse practitioner, will be retiring at the end of 2015. Blazek's last day at the Adair County Medical Clinic will be Dec 28. Marvel began her career at Adair County Memorial Hospital in 1981. In 2013, Blazek transitioned from family practice provider to acute walk-in provider at the Greenfield Adair County Medical Clinic. After 34 years of service, Blazek will officially retire.

"Marvel has been a key provider in our medical community," said Angela Mortoza, CEO of Adair County Health System. "She will be missed by patients, staff and the community. We wish her well in her retirement."
