Marvin is very professional, competent, and compassionate. Marvin was so nice and caring throughout his shifts, was always available and he was going out of his way to make sure I was okay. He would explain to me things in a language I knew and understood (not medical), he kept me in the loop of test results and answered all my questions, and if he did not know the answer, he would leave and come back with the answer. I can tell he loves what he does. You should feel very proud of having someone like him represent your facility.
