mary ann corcoran, MSN, RNC
Mary Ann is well deserving of the DAISY Faculty Award as she has served as a role model for nurses for over 40 years. Mary Ann also has been a dedicated professor for more than 30 years at Curry College. During that time she has shared her knowledge and passion for maternity nursing with hundreds of nursing students. She worked closely with maternity clinical instructors to assure each student had an excellent clinical experience. She also served as the RN-BS program coordinator and in this role has inspired and motivated registered nurses to pursue and advance their education. Throughout her career at Curry College, Mary Ann has participated on numerous committees both at the College and Division levels. These activities benefitted her students because her voice helped to assure the College understood the needs of the Nursing Division and the nursing students.
