Mary Ann was very patient and kind. She explained all the medications that were being administered to my mother. She went out of her way to make sure that my mother was comfortable by clearing her throat of congestion when she heard my mother struggling to breathe. Mary Ann never displayed frustration or stress on her face and always had a smile, which made me feel that she really enjoyed her job and that my mother was in good hands.
