Mary Ann was very caring and compassionate to my mom during our stay at NMMC. She explained each time she gave medicines and was very observational to my mom's critical care. Mary Ann reacted instantly to the change in my mom's stats on Tuesday night as her blood pressure caused both of us an alarm. She showed control and concern along with compassion and immediate care to the situation while maintaining professionalism.
Mary Ann's care gave me peace of mind during our last few days at NMMC. Having her as a nurse for the last few days was such a relief to me. I was blessed to have her as my mom's nurse. She was detailed in her care to mom and stepped in to show leadership when the head nurse called out during that week.
