As a former 15 year Security Officer in an ER and Trauma Center, I feel qualified to comment on Mary Ann's effectiveness, dedication, compassion and work ethic. Mary Ann makes such conscientious efforts to foster patience, understanding, and compassion. She utilizes the resources to make each cardiac visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. One cannot help but notice the teamwork she facilitates while working with fellow professionals. Mary Ann's leadership is comprehensive and visionary. She is mission-directed and has a tremendous energy level which keeps the momentum of each visit to Cardiac Rehab approaching excellence. Mary Ann demonstrates a deep concern for all the individuals she comes in contact with. The great respect for her that fellow professionals have is evidenced by the manner in which the staff and patients respond to her. I believe that Mary Ann has created an environment in which staff and good patient relationships can thrive. It seems to me that this leadership commitment and excellence should be recognized and rewarded. Nurse Mary Ann Majewski represents Advocate Condell Medical Center so well!
