I was admitted again at Kaiser for pancreatitis after a week of the removal of my gallbladder. I was taking pain killers in my IV because of the intense pain. I want to commend your nurse who was assigned to me, her name is Mary Ann Martin. She is compassionate. She knows exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable. She is a kind and loving nurse with so much dedication to her job.
- She provided the best care and comfort she could.
- She listens to every question and concern and provides answers that are easy to understand.
- She went above and beyond the call of duty. She extended her 12-hour duty for a few more minutes from her shift to make sure that I got my pain medication and did not have to wait any longer for the new shift nurse.
