Thank you for taking the time for patient feedback for what I would call an above-and-beyond exceptional nurse. Mary Ann gives the absolute kindest most attentive care. She pays attention to details and has complete respect for her patients and their visitors. Walking into Mary Ann’s care was like a slice of heaven. She did not just create a kind atmosphere but remained dignified in her treatment even when things were tough and at times my daughter made things tough. She made every effort to not just make us comfortable but make us confident in the hospital in the care she and her floor gave or would give at any moment. She had a warm and welcoming heart. I can’t commend her enough or let the hospital know what a treasure they truly have. I wish there were 10 of her everywhere. I hope that she sets the tone for the rest of the staff and that all your patients get the amazing care that she gave. She made sure all of our needs were met and communicated to doctors and was an amazing liaison. Mary Ann also made sure when she transitioned to go home that the person replacing her was introduced to us knew who we were and knew what our needs were. I have to say the entire staff was also wonderful and heart leads with anything we needed or questions we had and knew how to tell us patiently and kindly they’d be right with us if they were helping somebody else and never skipped a beat and forgetting to come back to us. Our experience in this difficult time was exceptional.
