The patient's narrative of compassion was written in very few words. He claimed that due of his constant fear of being in the hospital, he constantly struggles whenever he needs to visit the hospital for whatever reason. However, Mary Ann brightened his day! She was truly excellent since she put her at ease as she spoke to him. He was appreciative and would never forget her kind remarks.
