Not only does she have good work ethics and is empathetic to her patients, but Anne has an admirable relationship with the people around her.
I have known Anne for a year now and she has never changed from the first time I met her as a newbie to the present. For me, she impacted a lot in my career as a nurse in this company as she was an ideal colleague to look up to and was one of the best examples to be followed. She was approachable, willing to assist and offer help whenever she could. I cannot forget the extra miles she had extended to me and it became one of the smooth transitions I had with Amana.
Moving forward, when Activeheal-Tissue Viability was launched and competency was held, Anne showed exemplary knowledge in her field as she was one of the TVT preceptors. I’ve learned that she even strived to gain more mastery in her expertise as she is currently enrolled in the related subject. The demand in her work did not stop her in pursuing her interests to become the expert in Tissue Viability. Anne was obviously confident in her skills. She knew what she was doing when she was showing me the proper procedure of the wound and stoma care as well as the application of the stoma appliance with clarity and with the proper standard of care. Aside from her knowledge in stoma management, she was also adept in Wound Care as this was her previous skill before she pursued the former. Being a TVN requires massive dedication to learn and be skillful in the field. The way I have seen Anne handle various wound types and stomas, as a clinical nurse for more than 10 years, I could endorse Anne as expert in her field as Tissue Viability Nurse. In addition, Anne was distinctively compassionate to her patients as there were instances when I was with her when she was handling the patients. She empathized and explored the patient’s needs as she had already built rapport with them. The smiles on her patients' faces showed that they were genuinely taken care of. They were open to share their concerns to Anne if there were any and thanked her for her empathy. Not only does she have good work ethics and is empathetic to her patients, but Anne has an admirable relationship with the people around her. She is easy to get along with, has a positive attitude, is very friendly and sensibly supportive not only to me but to her colleagues as well.
