Mary was my son‘s postop nurse. She was amazing. The level of care that she took with him was phenomenal. He wasn’t feeling well when trying to leave and almost passed out in the wheelchair. She took fast action and got him to the bed and back on the monitors quickly. She left the IV still attached, just in case, which we were grateful for because she was able to get fluids and meds in him quickly. Mary did everything to make him comfortable, and she never rushed his care. My son even told her when he was leaving that she did a great job. She’s simply an angel; these are the people who are heaven-sent to be nurses. Mary, sometimes it can be a thankless and tough job, but know that you don’t go unnoticed. You are appreciated. Thank you!
