On Mother's Day, I reported to the ER because I sliced my finger open as I was preparing food. I was quickly taken to a room and evaluated by Mary. She was very very pleasant and reassuring as she reviewed the injury. Mary was always smiling and talkative not only to me but also to my husband. She was very comforting. After I received stitches, she reviewed with us the after care. She offered to check the stitches in a week when I came to volunteer. Overall, Mary made the event very pleasant and I was out in about one hour.
