Mary Berg, LPN

Mary goes above and beyond. Of all the LPNs I have worked with, she is the most dependable, positive, and caring nurse. Even under times of high stress. In fact, she shines in stressful situations. The patients love Mary and ask for her by name. She closes the loop on communication for patients. She does so much more than a clinical assistant; she promotes patient satisfaction and supports her provider better than any other CA who has worked in Podiatry.

Mary is planning to retire soon. We wish we could clone her to keep her level of support and caring going. She also has made cupcakes for birthdays in the department for at least 8 years. She is not just focused on her role alone; she focuses on the whole department. That type of mindset cannot be trained on the job. It is instilled long before. Please consider Mary for this Award. She is truly deserving of this honor!
