Mary Beth was our angel in our darkest hours. After receiving terrible news that our dad might not make it after surgery, we met this awesome ICU nurse. She was very kind, calm, and soft spoken. After tucking our father into bed, she answered our questions before we could even think of them! Mary Beth did not only care for our father like he was her own but she cared for us like we were her family also. We felt very comfortable leaving him in her hands that night and wished she was on every night the remaining 6 days he was in ICU. My father asked everyday who was working that night, wishing for this nurse to work again. Not only did he make it through that first 48 hours we were dreading, he made it through the next 42 days in the hospital and is now doing well at home. The comfort we felt was indescribable and we are forever grateful for Mary Beth!
