Mary Beth Truelock went above and beyond to take care of our loved one. She demonstrated clinical expertise and educated us at a time when we needed it the most. Her quality of care was beyond amazing. Her customer service was truly excellent, which to be honest the word excellent isn't even a strong enough word to bring honor to her. Ms. Truelock took time out of her busy day to come and just talk to me and my niece to make sure we were OK and to see if we needed anything at all. The bedside manner and compassion and she had was exceptional.
My family and I are asking for Ms. Truelock to be recognized for the above and beyond job she has done for our loved one. We ask that the hospital take their time out to let Ms. Truelock know that she made a major difference for our family during one of the most horrible times in our lives. We thank you for honoring Ms. Truelock because she honestly deserves to be recognized.
