Mary C Clark, BSN, RN

My mom fell and had a bash on the back of her head. She was in ICU for 4 days then moved to PCU. On Friday and Saturday, Mary was her nurse. She was amazing!!! My mom had surgery on Thursday evening to get the bleeding to stop. On Friday her head was a mess of dried blood. Mary washed my mom's hair three times and combed through it to get as much of the blood off as possible. She was tender with my mom and compassionate. She treated her with dignity. For the family, she was always available to provide information and did not get annoyed with all of our questions. She asked about my well-being and encouraged me to eat, told me to go home and rest. Mary is truly an angel.
