Ms. Cantrell is always on time for work. Never calls in. Very knowledgeable with her skills. Always completes assignments. Willingly helps others with their assigned tasks. Assists the nurse in the pharmacy. Recently, she saved an inmate's life. She was conducting a med pass and noted that the inmate was not acting right. She notified security and her supervisor that he needed to be brought to medical to be seen by the provider. The inmate was sent out to the hospital. Provider stated that if Ms. Cantrell had not advocated for the inmate and gotten him seen by the provider, the inmate would have died within 24 hours. Always willing to work overtime & extra shifts to cover staff shortages.
