Mary is an incredible nurse who goes above and beyond her job. She knows her role well and is a strong patient advocate. She is very dedicated. Her husband wanted to take a vacation, but she knew I would be admitted to the hospital this week so she told her husband, "No, I have to be there for my patient". When it is time to hang my chemo on PM shift, she comes back to the hospital to double check the chemo.The other nurses treat her with respect and that means something. She makes me feel safe and secure. Thank you!
