I’ve seen Mary several times over the years for various issues, and each time I’ve seen her, she’s always made me feel at ease. Like everything was going to be taken care of and she was going to make sure that the best possible treatment options would be explored. Each time I saw her, I knew that everything that could be done to address my issues would be done, and it would be done quickly. I know when Mary is my provider that I have the best care at the VA. She listens and provides treatment that impacts my health. She knows my health history before I see her and listens to my health concerns during my appointment. She made a referral to the chiropractor and massage therapy which made a huge impact on my daily living. I can move better with decreased pain. When I have her as my provider, I know I have the best care at the VA. She truly advocates for her patients, and I am fortunate to have her as my provider. I have been reassigned to multiple doctors, and she is always consistent. I feel at ease and trust her judgement. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my urgent care visits not so frightening and a positive experience for me. You rock!
