I just want to let you know that RN Mary Dial is one of the most devoted nurses you have at Memorial. She was my husband's nurse in September 2014 from 7AM and stayed with him until after 10PM or later. He had some problems and she didn't want to leave him until she knew he was okay. She phoned me at home to inform me of his issues and later called me back and told me he was fine. This is what I call true devotion to her patients. I thanked her personally, but I thought you would appreciate knowing what a true Florence Nightingale you have on your staff. My family and I are truly grateful to Mary.
