Mary demonstrates great flexibility in her nursing role by not only functioning in her position as a Urology Clinic nurse but also as filling in for the GI clinic nurse. She manages the stress of covering for 2 physicians and clinics with patience and diligence and without complaints. She also demonstrates great compassion for her patients. Mary will initiate phone calls to assess their status at home and always utilizes a calming and caring tone. She spends time listening to patients and getting to know them. She is also a great educator to both patients and staff. She is an Extraordinary Nurse.
