On a cold Sunday afternoon a homeless woman was admitted to 4 Center. Her stocking hat was dingy and needed washing. Mary purchased a new hat, scarf, and mittens for her. Mary also called the chaplain to get a prayer shawl for her. The lady was thankful for the gifts Mary had given her.
