Mary is great at what she does. I go to her regularly with questions and she seems to always have the answer or know where to find it. Her knowledge is vast in the field; I am so impressed and inspired by her. She makes learning fun with her time and energy that she puts into presenting interesting and applicable case studies during clinical coordinator meetings. She goes above and beyond her role as a clinical nurse specialist. It seems like she is involved with every partnership council, team, project that SBMMC-LH has, on top of being available for her ACS family. Regularly, she is zooming around the unit answering call lights. I can tell she really cares about what is best for patients in the way she interacts with them. She is my role model and defines what a transformational leader is. I feel so fortunate to work alongside her.
