I'm a truck driver and I can be kind of rough, but Mary soothed my fears, spoke softly to me, and was really concerned about me and my well-being. She really took the time to answer all my questions. She made me feel special. I felt an aura about her of genuine love and respect. I've been in and out of the hospital for the last eight months and was treated so well here. They treated me like I was a person, not just a number.
