Thanks for being an answer to prayer. I was fortunate that you were available when I needed a new IV line started. Everyone was concerned. You were the one who was able to when no one else wanted to. I enjoyed your calmness, kindness, gentle smile and great sense of humor as we talked about our respective jobs. You obviously love what you do and are good at making things happen. There is no way I can thank you enough for what you did for me that night.
