I cannot thank Mary enough for all of her time, patience, compassion, and expertise, and appreciate everything she did to help us through this very difficult time.
Mary was a member of my dad's care team. She would call daily and give updates on his condition, treatment plan, and answer any questions. She originally talked to my brother as he was dad's POA, but when he had a medical issue, she had no problem talking to me. Every day she always asked how my brother was doing.
On several occasions, she talked to both of us explaining things to us in a way that we could understand so we knew exactly what was going on. As dad's condition began to get worse, she spent even more time with us helping us to make informed decisions. She definitely helped us every step of the way.
When dad was nearing the end of life, she arranged to have my mom and sister be with my dad and for my brother and me to be included via FaceTime. There are no words to express our gratitude to her for arranging this so dad was not alone. I cannot thank Mary enough for all of her time, patience, compassion, and expertise, and appreciate everything she did to help us through this very difficult time.
