January 2017 Honoree
mary grace, RN
Mary received a beautiful thank you note related to a patient that she cared for over many years. Although the patient transitioned to Hospice with Mary's help, a thank you note was sent to her. Note as follows:
"Dear Mary, I wanted to especially thank you for your care of Mom over the last 3-4 years of her life. Your common sense, warmth and support has been invaluable to me. 'What would Mary do?' became my mantra. You guided and assured me when I needed it most. Mom always had confidence in you. Her first request every time was you. You do incredible work and will be sorely missed when you retire."
Mary is an absolute true advocate for her patients. Thank you, Mary.
