I've seen how Grace handles him, and it's obvious that her dedication to her craft enables her to make him feel comfortable.
Grace is beyond an amazing nurse! I never had to remind Grace to bring my meds when they were due. Grace is always so sweet and caring. If you are having a bad day, she won't force you to talk if you don't want to, but she will sit and listen or give you advice.
