I feel Mary Grace makes patients feel safe, informed, important, and, above all, she gives the extra effort to make one feel special.
In my opinion, Mary Grace is an excellent nurse and a better person. She listens, she’s skilled, compassionate, caring, clever and cute. She took the time to talk to me, walk me through what to expect. I feel Mary Grace makes patients feel safe, informed, important, and, above all, she gives the extra effort to make one feel special. Mary took the time to calm me as at times I can be an ogre. She made sure I got the information I needed as to procedures involved in my stay here at Borgess. I entered Borgess this time with few friends, few smiles and very few thoughts of compassion towards others. Mary put a smile on my face and hope in my heart. I will leave Borgess this time with a feeling that I gained a friend always. Her smile, words, knowledge, laughs… well she is the type of person who is trustworthy and careful of a patient’s feelings. As stated above, I feel I have gained a new and valued friend.
