Mary's heart is bigger than anyone I know. She gives amazing care to our babies in the NICU, and it never ceases to amaze me! Not only does she give the best care, but she does do something for all of the NICU that I can't stop sharing:
For over 5 years, Mary has been using her own finances and personal time away from work to hand-make linens for our little fighters! She makes extraordinary blankets, isolette sheets, radiant warmer sheets, and crib sheets to make our babies stay cute and comfortable! Not only do the babies get to be swaddled and sleep on these wonderful sheets and blankets she makes, but the families love seeing their little one in more than just a hospital blanket!
I believe this is a special thing we get to have and share with the families during a hard, and most times unexpected start to their little ones' lives! It brings a smile to all our faces, but more importantly, all the families that get this special experience feel a tiny bit more at home!
