Mom was admitted to the 6th floor. She did not arrive on the floor until after 1 am. Mary met us in the room and was so friendly and kind to both my mom and me. She made me feel that I was welcome to stay with Mom. Her compassion and nursing care over the next two nights went above and beyond. She was always prompt with Mom’s medications and patient with all of our questions. My brother-in-law’s blood sugar dropped while visiting, and she helped with this also. She demonstrated excellence in nursing care and compassion, and we are very grateful to her.
