Mary Jo has gone above and beyond with my grandmother on every occasion. My grandmother started seeing her and we were seeing progress. About a month later, my grandmother was admitted to the hospital, and Mary Jo was on the phone calling me at 7 am to see what she could do to help. Mary Jo came in and wrapped her leg up while she was admitted and also has been consistent with weekly appointments and reached out to me if she cannot do an appointment so that we can make another plan. I feel like she deserves this award for her kindness, willingness to help on her unscheduled days, and for just being a genuinely kind person. We greatly appreciate the things that she has done to help us out in this short time of knowing her.
